all is well after 50

hi, this is parthasarthys' elders' nest. It is for people above 50yrs who are connected to the family of parthasarthys directly or indirectly. It is a welcome note for the community living of friends known to each other for long time to have better life style, companionship, friendship, co-existance, cheer and spiritual growth after retirement from their professional lives. First level meeting ended in positive note and has given a green signal to start. Finance model is being worked out for the starting and sustenance of the project. This community will be a person's second home in South India without clipping the freedom, without changing his faith, and philosophy. It allows unfulfilled wish of the member to be accomplished. It is a place of happiness. To be precise, it promotes the idea of "Live by choice".
This will be ideal for the following types of people:
  • those who love to be with friends, who get that extra energy whenever they are connected to their friends,
  • those, whose children are away for their career prospects or education,
  • those who cannot get any assistance as they grow old or fall sick.
This is a place for unconditional love.

with another 3 years to go for retirement, can we register our place? is there a provision to pay 50% of the amount now and then pay the remaining as EMI?
